North American Processing was formed in the last quarter of 1998 when Daniel A. Adamic and Russell L. Cole joined forces to consolidate their extensive backgrounds in polyurethane applications and equipment operations. Dan and Russ were previously employed at Foamseal INC, Oxford MI. After the sale of Foamseal to ITW, they felt the transition of a people based company dissolve and in 1998 initiated NAP.
NAP was founded and will remain loyal to people, our group and it's customers are the most important asset and we strive to earn business by staying "straight" to them. When you work with our group, we are on call, our cell phone numbers are printed on our business cards and we answer them. North American Processing may be a dying breed, but we believe the customers interest comes first, we consider decisions as if "the shoe was on the other foot". Dan Adamic
DANIEL A. ADAMIC, co-founder, has extensive experience in business development. Initially an accomplished toolmaker, for several years Dan occupied the position of equipment engineer and manager which supported a large customer base. This included many specialized applications which required creating fixtures, proprietary equipment modifications and human resource training to produce new composite applications. Dan is a visionary who understands field application and "real life" limitations. These skills combined with excellent engineering aptitude provide unique ability for understanding costs, returns, environment and life cycles to assist in educating other companies or individuals to clearly appreciate favorable options for production and necessary requirements for achieving goals. Dan has developed and is recognized in several patents relative to two-component chemistry, equipment and process innovations.
Russ Cole
RUSSELL L. COLE, co-founder, offers a background in specialty OEM equipment manufacturing which supplied epoxies, urethanes and silicones. Russ has developed many pieces of specialized equipment for metering, mixing and dispensing. Russell facilitated operations in manufacturing compounded polyurethanes in bulk. He has spent several years in business administration and the promotion of products and processes to generate new business.
