Glascraft is pleased to announce now offerings that will expand the reach of the Guardian A-Series machine platform to In-Plant applications. On March 9, 2007, a series of Guardian A-series models will be launched that are designed to accept high-voltage hose (p/n 20005-48) and to specifically address the needs of the In-Plant Spray Foam and High Performance Coatings/Polyurea markets. GlasCraft launches Delayed Air Purge (DAP) option for the Probler P2 dispense gun
In specific pour applications and some other specialized spray processes, the air used to purge-clean the mix area of the Probler P2 automatically upon trigger release needs to be delayed because of the unique application and quality demands of the pour or spray application (e.g. filling small cavities or vessels). This is where the new patent-pending Delay Air Purge (DAP) option (P/N 23996-00) for the P2 gun comes in. Click here for more details.

Graco is restructuring its fast set product offering in order to support the tremendous growth in the spray foam and polyurea industries. Throughout the remainder of 2006, Graco will continue to incorporate specific Gusmer product lines into Graco manufacturing facilities. In conjunction with the integration process, specific Gusmer product lines will be offered, while other product lines will be discontinued. ATTENTION: The Graco H20-35 Pro proportioning unit has a limited production run this year. When all machines have been sold, there will be no more Graco H20-35's produced. NXT the New Standard in Airless Sprayer Technology
The new NXT air motor was introduced on the Xtreme airless sprayers earlier this year. Since then, it has been offered in conjunction with the King and Bulldog versions so that all end users would have ample time to become aware of this new product.
Thanks to your efforts, Xtreme NXT sprayers have already become widely accepted as the new standard in airless sprayer technology. Due to this acceptance, Graco will no longer offer King and Bulldog Xtreme sprayers and pumps as of June 30, 2007. All orders placed up to that date will be honored and shipped in a timely manner; orders will not be accepted after that date.
We will continue to offer bare air motors and all repair parts for many years to come. Click here to see a list of packages that will be discontinued as of June 30, 2007 and a recommended replacement featuring the new NXT air motor.
